Dev Patel is an Oscar-nominated British actor who first came to fame for starring in 2008's Slumdog Millionaire. He went on to star in The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and its sequel and The Man Who Knew Infinity. On the small screen, Patel starred on two seasons of the British series Skins and portrayed Neal Sampat on HBO's The Newsroom. His latest film is Lion, for which he was recently Oscar nominated.
