Debbie Harry is an American singer-songwriter and actress best known as the lead vocalist of the Grammy-nominated band Blondie. Blondie is best known for the hit songs "Heart of Glass," "Call Me" and "Rapture." The band has released 11 albums since 1976, including the best-selling Parallel Lines in 1978 and Blondie's latest, Pollinator, released in 2017. As a solo artist, Harry has released five studio albums, with her debut album, KooKoo, released in 1981. As an actress, Harry has gone on to appear in the films Union City, Videodrome, 1988's Hairspray, Body Bags, Heavy, My Life Without Me and Elegy. Most recently, Blondie released a box set, Blondie: Against the Odds 1974-1982, in August 2022.
