Daveed Diggs

Daveed Diggs is best known for originating the roles of Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson in the Broadway musical Hamilton, for which he won a Grammy and a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical. Since leaving Hamilton in 2016, he has had roles on the series Black-ish and Snowpiercer. He also starred in the films Wonder, Tour de Pharmacy and Blindspotting. He is also a member of the hip-hop trio Clipping (stylized as clipping.), alongside producers William Hutson and Jonathan Snipes. Diggs also collaborated with Nature Valley to recreate the ’90s hit song "I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)." He can currently be seen on Season 4 of Snowpiercer, which premiered July 21.
