Christina Tosi is a chef and the owner of Milk Bar. Tosi has appeared on MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and The Mind of a Chef. Additionally, she has authored several books, including Momofuku Milk Bar, Milk Bar Life: Recipes & Stories and All About Cake. She also released her memoir, Dessert Can Save the World: Stories, Secrets, and Recipes for a Stubbornly Joyful Existence, in 2022. Tosi has opened Milk Bar locations in New York, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, Toronto, Los Angeles and Boston.
