Chrissy Metz is the Emmy-nominated star of NBC's This Is Us. She previously appeared on American Horror Story: Freak Show and in the films Sierra Burgess Is a Loser and Breakthrough. Her memoir, This Is Me: Loving the Person You Are Today, was published in 2018. Metz continues her role on This Is Us for the Season 5 finale on May 25 and for Season 6, set to premiere in the fall of 2021.
