Brendan Benson is a singer-songwriter and founding member of the rock band The Raconteurs. He was previously part of the band The Dead Weather. Benson began his solo career in 1996 at the age of 25, when he released his first album, One Mississippi, and has since released five other albums. He recently released an album as part of The Raconteurs, Help Us Stranger, and is on tour with the group.
