Brandi Carlile is an alternative country singer-songwriter. She has released six albums, with her most recent, 2018's By the Way, I Forgive You, winning three Grammy awards and reaching No. 5 on the Billboard 200. She recently collaborated with Tanya Tucker, writing many of the songs on Tucker’s 2019 album While I’m Livin’. Since 2019, Carlile has been a part of the quartet the Highwomen. She released Broken Horses: A Memoir in April 2021.
