Audra McDonald

Audra McDonald is a Tony, Grammy and Emmy-winning singer and actress. She has won a record-breaking six Tony Awards for her performances in Carousel, Master Class, Ragtime, A Raisin in the Sun, The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess and Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill. A Juilliard-trained soprano, McDonald has also performed at the Houston Grand Opera and the Los Angeles Opera. As an actress, she starred on NBC's The Sound of Music Live! and as Dr. Naomi Bennett on ABC's Private Practice. McDonald next stars on Broadway in Shuffle Along.
