Musician

The Smashing Pumpkins are a Grammy Award-winning alternative rock band. The band's debut album, Gish, was released in 1991 and followed up by the best-selling albums Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. After a hiatus that began in 2000, Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin reformed The Smashing Pumpkins in 2007 and released Zeitgeist. Following Chamberlin's departure, Jeff Schroeder and Corgan soldiered on and began working on a mega-album titled Teargarden by Kaleidyscope. Chamberlain and James Iha rejoined the band in 2018, ahead of the Shiny and Oh So Bright tour.
