Color Me Back is an art program through Mural Arts Philadelphia that helps unhoused people get back on their feet by providing social services, career opportunities, and same-day work and pay programs to paint public murals across the city. Founder and Good Neighbor Jane Golden explains why it's vital that every citizen has access to the arts. Since spring of 2019, Color Me Back has helped more than 1,000 people, including Norman, who is now employed by Mural Arts to give tours of the same subway he used to sleep in while homeless. Watch till the end for a huge surprise.
