Forgotten Harvest feeds nearly 1 million food-insecure people in Detroit every year by working to eliminate food waste. Nancy and Forgotten Harvest Interim CEO Lorna Utley share how the nonprofit collects and repackages wasted food from restaurants and redistributes it at food pantries and shelters.
