In a never before seen Kelly Extra, Chance the Rapper shares how he got his start in music in an unlikely venue — a Chicago public library! Chance shares how a life-changing after school program at his local library offered him and other up and coming Chicago artists free studio space, open mic programs and production classes. Chance also dishes on his recent Black Star Line Festival in Ghana, and shares how he's partnered with numerous Black visual artists from around the world to make the album cover art for his next project "Star Line Gallery."
