This search is presented by Citibank. Participants of the Kellyoke Search must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. You have the opportunity to submit a video of yourself singing a virtual duet with Kelly Clarkson at each physical location or on TikTok (using the hashtag #kellyokesearch).
Your submission must not contain or reference any brand names, products or services of any company or any third party trademarks, copyrights, logos, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product or service. Your submission must not contain content, images, or other material that reflect, advocate, or promote bigotry, racism, hatred, harm, or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. Participants in each location city will be recorded and photographed for possible use in The Kelly Clarkson Show. Any submissions and posts related to the Kellyoke Search on or through TikTok and any shares or posts on other social media may also be used in The Kelly Clarkson Show. This use includes the participant’s name, likeness, voice (singing and speaking), any and all footage, recordings taped, filmed, or photographed, or other materials that are reflected in such recordings and submissions, materials supplied by the participant or shared by the participant (whether scripted or unscripted, written, spoken, sung, or otherwise uttered or expressed by the participant) and information given by the participant or captured in the recordings (the “Materials”). The Kelly Clarkson Show is under no obligation to use the Materials, or to include you or your performance in any episode of the show or to exhibit any episode of the show in which you may appear.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and lodging in any participating city.
Participants in each city must comply with all rules and regulations with respect to taping, including, without limitation appearance releases, and to all security and safety rules and regulations, including any COVID-19 mask mandates and vaccination status requirements. Anyone not following such rules and regulations will be prohibited from participating in the Kellyoke Search in all cities. Selected participants will be administered a rapid COVID test. Anyone presenting a positive test will be prohibited from participating in the Kellyoke Search in that city.
