Baltimore struggling with aging water infrastructure as residents' trust fades (Part 2)

Last September, a boil water advisory was issued after E. coli was found in the water in three locations in West Baltimore. Baltimore City’s infrastructure czar tells NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor that the city “desperately” needs federal support for improvements. The city’s tap water meets federal safety standards, but some residents don’t trust it – and their frustration and their bills keep growing.
