More than a million Ukrainians left without power after Russian attacks, says President Zelenskyy 


After 36 Russian missiles targeted Ukraine’s electricity network, the Ukrainians say anti-aircraft systems shot down about half of them, according to Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. But, the attacks still left one and a half million people without power, according to the government. This has been the latest in a weeks-long assault on civilian infrastructure the European Union is calling war crimes.
