Libyan intelligence officer charged with building Lockerbie bomb in U.S. custody


34 years after authorities say a bomb packed into unaccompanied luggage brought Pan Am Flight 103 crashing into the Scottish town of Lockerbie, the Justice Department confirmed the man charged with building the bomb is in U.S. custody. This comes two years after former Attorney General Bill Barr charged Abu Agila Mohammad Mas'ud in the plot.
