Attorney identifies NYC subway rider who put Jordan Neely into deadly chokehold


The New York City subway rider accused in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely has been identified as Daniel J. Penny, a 24-year-old U.S. Marine veteran. Penny’s attorney told NBC News in a statement his client acted to protect himself. NBC News’ Steve Patterson reports on the late breaking news.
