When Is the 2025 NFL Draft? Everything to Know

Draft Day is on the clock!

By Trent Moore

We’re still in the dog days while we wait for the NFL and NBC's Sunday Night Football to return this fall, but this week brings a welcome distraction for football fans wanting to get a sneak peek at the biggest stars to come next season: the 2025 NFL Draft.

The NFL Draft is the star-studded event where every NFL team gets a chance to draft the top prospects coming out of college football, with a draft order determined by the win-loss record of teams from the previous season. Essentially, the teams that lost the most games get the earlier picks to try and level up the competition; while the teams that won get the later picks.

To that end, the 3-14 Tennessee Titans will pick first, followed by the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants (both of which also finished 3-14). As for the last pick in the draft’s first round, that goes to the reigning Super Bowl champs, the Philadelphia Eagles.
