Mess with Gabi Mosely’s head, and you’ll regret it. Big time.

How to Watch

Watch the Season 2 premiere of Found Thursday, October 3 at 10/9c on NBC.

Gabi (Shanola Hampton) delivers that message in no uncertain terms to Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) on Episode 3 of Found, airing Tuesdays at 10/9c on NBC.

Sir is the cold-hearted kidnapper she escaped from in 2003, but now their positions are reveresed. Seven months ago, she tracked him down, covertly chained him up in her basement, and now mines his criminal mind for her missing-persons cases.

Gabi has afforded Sir a degree of civility and personal comfort during his captivity, but she’s just shifted gears in order to make him squirm.

Gabi and Sir’s Relationship Takes a Turn on Found Episode 3

While working a case of a lonely, elderly man who’s vanished, Gabi is haunted by murky memories. She thinks that when she was 16, she gave Sir the go-ahead to abduct Lacey (Gabrielle Walsh), a law student in Gabi’s firm, so she’d have company. She's convinced of this after Sir claimed she did exactly that during one of their conversations.

Gabi recalls the unsettling 2003 exchange with Sir during the episode.

“Would you like a friend?” he asked.

“You would bring someone here?” she responded.

“You have two seconds to decide on the offers off the table,” he said.

Following that conversation, Sir took Lacey, whose childhood name was Bella. Gabi now reckons that Sir is right, and she must have told Sir to do it, even though her memories of that time are hazy.

When Sir raised the subject of guilt, Gabi shut him down.

“I have nothing to feel guilty about,” she responded. “No matter what I may or may not have said, you’re the one who kidnapped Bella.”

Gabi’s disturbing recollections compelled her to put distance between herself and Lacey, but she eventually asked Lacey if she remembers when they met as captives.

“Was I scared?” Gabi asked. “Was I happy? Did I seem like I was expecting you?"

“No,” said Lacey. “You were completely confused and you just leaped into action.”

Gabi’s clouded memories clear after this conversation, and she now vividly remembers her response when Sir asked her 20 years earlier if she’d like a friend.

“No,” she had actually said. “I’d rather die than put someone through this.”

But Gabi is furious after realizing Sir was trying to hurt her and control her still, so she confronts him with the truth.

“You can’t manipulate me," she told him, to which he responded,  “But I did. For a while.”

Gabi seizes control in return.

“Listen to me, you pathetic excuse for a human being,” she said. “You don't test me. You think you're in control, but you’re not.”

Gabi then seized the books she's given to Sir, along with his toothbrush and soap in a box.

“I don't have to be generous,” she declared. “Remember, I'm in control!”

The gloves are off! Gabi is done treating Sir with any semblance of respect as she holds him hostage. What’s next for the duo? Something tells us Sir won't respond kindly to losing those privileges ...
