Miley Cyrus' Unreal Cover of Madonna's "Like a Prayer" is a Gripping Experience
The former The Voice Coach put her own unique spin on the classic '80s tune.
When Miley Cyrus was performing at the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest in Los Angeles in 2022, she sang one of the greatest hits of the 1980's, "Like a Prayer" by Madonna.
During her gripping rendition, Cyrus owned the stage while singing the pop classic in her unique, raspy tone as the choir, horns, and guitars behind her synched with her voice perfectly.

What to know about "Like a Prayer" by Madonna
Released off Madonna's 1989 album of the same name, "Like a Prayer" is a gospel themed song with elements of electro pop. It reached the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100, and in 2023, the outlet named "Like a Prayer" as the second best Madonna song.
"The song’s full religious experience would be incomplete without a perfectly deployed gospel choir, humming hushed harmonies over the verses and singing full-throated sermons to drive it all home. Life might be a mystery, but the mastery of this song is irrefutable," Billboard wrote.
