"Most of my friends are much younger than I am and that's not because I choose them. They just are my friends because we have the same interests," Stewart explained. "So, it's not about – and I always say this – it's not about successful aging. It's about successful living."
To her, age is just a number — and it's a mindset that has empowered the star over the years.
"I don't look my age, I don't act my age and I don't want to even think about age," she added. "There shouldn't be any limits. Set your limits higher than you think. Embrace the past, but absolutely look towards the future and reimagine what you can do."

During a 2023 appearance on TODAY, Stewart explained that she has stuck with a personal style she landed on when she was younger and hasn't tweaked it since. So, if you ever stumble upon a photo of Stewart looking absolutely stunning and youthful, it shouldn't be a surprise — the star just keeps going with what has worked for decades!
"I developed a personal style a long, long time ago," she told Craig Melvin and Al Roker." It's pretty much the same. Suits. Big jackets. I love the big jackets. I love short skirts."

Body positivity is crucial for everyone regardless of age, and when speaking to TODAY.com, Stewart honestly assessed herself.
"I have nice legs, I have a good body, I have good skin. I might be a little fat here and there, but who cares? It looks good altogether," she said.
Stewart explained that in 2025, it's easier than ever to look great at her age and expect things to get even better as technology and knowledge advance.
"With all the opportunities that we have with advanced exercise, with more knowledge about nutrition, better medical care, you can really (age) well now," she said. "And I think it will only get better and better in the future."
