Martha Stewart Says She Sometimes Gets Confused with This Other Famous Blonde

"We do resemble one another!!!!" said the Yes, Chef! star.

By Chris Phelan

Despite being one of the most recognizable personalities on the planet, Martha Stewart recently revealed that fans sometimes confuse her with another well-known and incredibly successful blonde. Who could it be?

How to Watch

Watch the series premiere of Yes, Chef! on Monday, April 28 at 10/9c on NBC.

The co-host of NBC's upcoming Yes, Chef! cooking competition took to Instagram on March 26 to pass along a delightful little story about who her self-professed "look-alike" is — and it's none other than legendary news broadcaster Diane Sawyer!

In the caption, Stewart described her bumping into Sawyer at a recent book release event and passed along a snippet of their conversation to her followers.

"The first thing she said to me was, 'Someone thought I was Martha today,'" Stewart wrote. "We often laugh about the existing confusion but we do resemble one another!!!!"

We don't blame anyone for confusing the two stars. They have many similarities, especially their blonde locks. And, of course, both women have accomplished so much in their respective fields.

No word yet on whether Stewart has told this funny story to her BFF Snoop Dogg, but it should only be a matter of time.

"These chefs are divas."

With those words, Stewart sets the tone for Yes, Chef! in the first look at footage from the series —  with her and co-host, restaurateur José Andrés, going on to promise that if the chefs don't "get their act together, they're toast."

Mark your calendars: Yes, Chef! premieres April 28 on NBC, and fans won't want to miss the most unpredictable and drama-filled cooking show on TV.

The two cooking icons will judge a dozen hot-headed chefs that will see the contestants battle their own egos just as much as each other — in other words, expect some major heat in the kitchen at all times! In a recent interview, Stewart revealed that, at first, she didn't know how the dynamic between her and Andrés would work, a worry that immediately disappeared once filming began.

"I didn't know what it would be like working with [José] on something like this, but I thought it would be very interesting," Stewart told People. "And it has turned out to be very interesting, despite the fact that he hears and sees imaginary raccoons everywhere and he has rubber duckies and chickens [that he hides on set]... He likes to play around, which makes it fairly pleasant, because he could be a stiff and he could be so serious that my day would drag on. Not with José, it's always a lively and interesting adventure. Plus, he has really good things to say on the show."
