Kodi Lee Revealed His First New Hairstyle in 6 Years, and It's So Edgy (VIDEO)
The AGT winner has switched it up, and we're loving it.
It's a whole new vibe for Kodi Lee. The musician and winner of America's Got Talent Season 14 surprised fans with a different hairstyle and unusual song choice. Of course, he still brings his signature positivity to everything he does!
Ever since winning AGT at 22 years old, the singer and pianist has kept his look pretty simple, wearing his hair smoothed back and out of his face. But earlier this year, he debuted a much more youthful cut. In this February 4 video, Lee poses in front of a brick wall and shows off his latest style that's buzzed on the side and long on top. The video is set to his rap song "Can't Hold Me Down," a departure for an artist who typically covers well-known hits by artists like Michael Jackson and Elton John.
In his latest post, Lee brushed his bangs to the sides of his face, creating an even more different look. He also covers "WTHELLY" by Rob49, a rap that's become a TikTok trend. For the video, he wears red shades and a Nirvana t-shirt. Kodi Lee in his tough guy era? Not quite. In his typical family-friendly way, Lee modified the lyrics, asking, "What the hecky?"

It's been an exciting year already for Kodi Lee
In addition to releasing his single "Heck Yeah" earlier this year, Lee has been criss-crossing the country to perform his music, playing at a charity event in Southern California, taking in the sights of NYC, and stopping by Fenway Park in Boston. Perhaps his most charming adventure was riding a horse, and in true Kodi Lee fashion, busting out with a pitch-perfect "Old Town Road."
Next month, Lee and his band will be playing the SoCal Jazz and Blues Festival in Murrieta, California, performing a mix of original music along with some jazz and blues classics.
Kodi Lee's mother is his biggest supporter
With him through all of his adventures is Lee’s mother, Tina.
During an interview with NBC Nightly News as reported by Daily Mail, she described how he found a love for performing despite the challenges of autism and legal blindness. "Through music and performing, he was able to withstand living in this world because when you're autistic, it's really hard to do what everybody else does," she explained. "It has actually saved his life, playing music."
