The DONDI host has a few tricks up his sleeve, including an ability to impersonate Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pee Wee Herman.
Joe Manganiello has many hidden talents. Sure, the world has seen the host of Deal or No Deal Island bust out some iconic Magic Mike dance moves, and many are likely aware that the actor's a skilled Dungeons & Dragons player. But did you know he also has a secret knack for celebrity impressions?
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon back in March 2017, Manganiello showcased several impressions of instantly recognizable voices, including a certain famous frog who crashed Jimmy Fallon’s wedding.

Joe Manganiello can do expert impressions of Pee-wee Herman, Kermit the Frog and Arnold Schwarzenegger
Manganiello told Fallon a story about how first met his friend Paul Reubens, the actor behind Pee-wee Herman who died in 2023, and how their first hangout landed him a role in the movie Pee-wee's Big Holiday.
“We both wound up an Emmy party together. Someone pointed him out and said, ‘Hey! That’s Pee-wee Herman,’” Manganiello told Fallon, adding that he invited Reubens to go see an art exhibit about Tim Burton, who made his directorial film debut with Pee-wee's Big Adventure in 1985. “He narrated the entire thing for me," he added.
The story prompted Manganiello and Fallon to share their attempts at Pee-wee’s signature laugh. “Ha ha! Mmm, chocolate-y,” Manganiello said in a spot-on Pee-wee voice, prompting Fallon to ask if he can do any other impressions.
Turns out, Manganiello can also do several other expert impressions, including Rodney Dangerfield. “Hey, so one time I took my wife to a dog show. She won!” Manganiello said as the late comedian known for his one-liners.
“Close your eyes!” Manganiello then told the audience before showing off his absoultely uncanny Kermit the Frog impression. “Hi, ho! Kermit the Frog here!”

“Dude! That’s unbelievable! Anyone else?” said Fallon, who’s famously known for his own expertise in impressions, which helped him nail his Saturday Night Live audition.
Indeed, Manganiello also had an impression of his “childhood hero” and Sabotage co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger up his sleeve.
“Jimmy, look at the traps and the cannonball delts and the biceps and the triceps. You have to stop eating these Girl Scout cookies and you need to get the protein,” Manganiello said with a perfect Schwarzenegger accent.
Considering the fact that Manganiello is a huge fan of his friend and reality TV legend “Boston Rob” Mariano, might he also have a few more impressions in the chamber? He did share on Late Night with Seth Meyers that he “watched Survivor like a junkie” back in the day, so you never know.
