The Fallon Book Club is back, with a March Madness twist. Vote on the Spring Read now!

By Christopher Rudolph

Break out your library card, because the Fallon Book Club is back! And, as Jimmy Fallon announced on the March 25 Tonight Show, this time it's got a March Madness twist.

How to Watch

Watch The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC weeknights at 11:35/10:35c and next day on Peacock

"If you know me, you know I’m always looking for a good book to read. And that’s why I’m very excited to announce this," Fallon explained. "Normally, the way this works is we pick a handful of books and we vote to see who the winner is. And that's the book we read together. But this time, we're changing it up."

"Since March Madness is happening, I thought it would be fun to pick 16 new books. The sweet 16," he told the audience as he placed the stack of books on his desk."And then we're going to have a bracket face-off. For no reason, they're just going to battle each other out, and see what books are going to win."

In the announcement of the book club's return, Fallon explained how the latest reading selection will be picked.

"So this is the deal: We're going to face off in a bracket style tournament," he began. "Then we can vote round by round until we narrow them down to the Elite Eight books. Until we get to the Final Four, then the Terrific Two, until we're left with one winner: the Fallon Book Club Spring Read."

The Fallon Book Club originally debuted in 2018 as the "Tonight Show Summer Reads."
