Dateline's Andrea Canning reports on the "troubling details" that emerged following the 2019 death of Michael Cochran.
Dateline is back with another gripping investigation.
From the latest on the Karen Read trial, the Menendez brothers case, to exclusive interviews with “Doomsday Mom” Lori Vallow Daybell, Dateline’s correspondents have been on top of the biggest true crime stories. And throughout Season 33, the team has also given attention to lesser-known cases, such as the mysterious 2015 death of chiropractor Mary Yoder and the 2013 killing of middle school art teacher Desiree Sunford.
Dateline correspondent Keith Morrison revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that folks from all over reach out with pitches for their next investigation. “Emails, phone calls, you name it,” he told Kelly Clarkson during an October 2024 appearance. “You hear the stories of people who’ve been trying and trying for years to get some attention to their case. And they can’t, they can’t solve it.”
