Suits LA is just one episode into its premiere season, but quicker than you can say “All rise,” fans have been making predictions and clamoring to know more about the high-stakes goings-on in the fast-paced and well-dressed legal drama.
After all, during the first episode, former federal prosecutor Ted Black (Stephen Amell) was hoodwinked by his partner, Stuart Lane (Josh McDermott). Like a thief in the night, Lane walked away from the Black Lane law firm and took some high-flying celebrity clients with him. The stage is set for war between Black and Lane.
While that shocking twist left Black with plenty to deal with on the professional front at his firm, Black & Associates, he’s got just as much going on the personal side. In a story thread involving the late actor John Amos, Black sought to resolve family issues involving his brother and his dying father.
Meanwhile, other attorneys in Black’s orbit including entertainment lawyers Rick Dodsen (Bryan Greenberg) and Erica Rollins (Lex Scott Davis) and pro bono attorney Amanda Stevens (Maggie Grace), who leases space in Black’s office, have their own intriguing plots simmering.
And, moreover, fans are wondering what Harvey Specter, a star lawyer on Suits played by Gabriel Macht, will bring to the table when he arrives in Los Angeles. So many questions!
Is Suits LA on tonight, Sunday, March 2, 2025?
The good news is Suits LA returns with a new episode tonight at 9 p.m. ET, titled “Old Man Hanrahan.” Some light could be shed on some quandaries.
According to a teaser dropped by NBC, Black needs Stevens’ help with a new prosecutor handling the murder trial involving Black’s Hollywood client, Lester Thompson (Kevin Weisman). Stevens made a big impression with Black in Episode 1 by sticking with him as Lane betrayed him.
