- Catherine shows the crew a new house being built and advises Birdie to purchase it...so they can bury and hide Quiche on the property.
- The group remarks that it's been a few days since the murder and there's been nothing on the news, and "It's like no one even misses Quiche."
- While digging up the body to move it to Birdie's new house, she spots someone watching them from a car across the street. Out of paranoia, they decided to keep the body where it is as the koi pond is built.
- It turns out that Brett recognizes the car as one that's been tailing and watching him. In one scene Alice wakes up in his bed to see him looking out the window, watching the same car. He confronts the driver, holding kitchen scissors to his throat, and learns it's a P.I. hired by Melissa and Connor so they can get custody of the kids. Melissa files for emergency custody.
- A police officer comes to question Brett about the night of "that fancy garden party," asking if he knows someone "by the name of..." before the screen cuts to black. Looks like we'll learn more next week!
