Democratic mayoral control in big cities is new 'blue wall'


There are many ways to measure the urban/rural divide, but there’s one that stands out: Mayors. In nine of the ten largest cities, the mayor is a Democrat. In 2000, four of these ten cities had a Republican. Chuck Todd breaks down why these cities are trending left of center.
