Shelley Conn stars as Chief Operations Officer Millicent Silvano on NBC's new drama "Heartbeat."

Conn can be seen on the Lifetime original series "The Lottery" and was on the Fox series "Terra Nova." She has also starred in many high-profile film and television projects in the U.K., including the BBC drama "Mistresses," "Strike Back," "The Persuasionists," "Raw," "The Palace," "Party Animals," "Down to Earth," "Casualty," "Mersey Beat" and "Attachments."

Conn's film credits include "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," opposite Johnny Depp, and the James L. Brooks film "How Do You Know."

Conn was featured in Variety as one of the Top 10 Faces to Watch on TV in 2011. She studied drama at Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke and trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
