Steven Silver stars as Evan Norris on NBC's new drama series "Council of Dads."

Silver broke out as Marcus Cole on Netflix's hit series "13 Reasons Why" and stars as the title character in "The Obituary of Tunde Johnson," which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.

He can also be seen in "All the Little Things We Kill" alongside RJ Mitte and Elizabeth Marvel.
