Josh Kelly plays Robbie on the new NBC drama "Bluff City Law."

Kelly is best known for his roles as Jeremy Caner in the Lifetime series "UnREAL" and Cutter Wentworth on ABC's "One Life to Live." Other on-screen credits include "Midnight, Texas," "Ugly Betty," "True Blood," "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" and "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."

Kelly was born in Yokosuka, Japan, and has served as an Army Ranger in both Afghanistan and Iraq,
