Mochi is a 29-year-old diabolo performer from Shizuoka, Japan. In 2001, while still in middle school, he started juggling on the street to an audience of zero, and now, 17 years of practice and hard work later, he has stepped out into the world and dedicated his life to exploring and expanding the possibilities of expression with his own unique style of art and entertainment. With thrilling showmanship, Mochi incorporates tap dance, video art, LED diabolos and other techniques into his dynamic performances that have wowed audiences and judges worldwide. Off-stage, his earnest cheerfulness and bubbly personality have become his trademark. As an individual, in collaboration with other artists, and as a former member of the world-renowned Japanese performance company ENRA, Mochi specializes in unique collaborations and combinations of styles as he performs at festivals, theaters and events worldwide. He also took gold at the International Jugglers' Association Individual Championship, officially making him one of the world's top jugglers. For Mochi, juggling is a mode of self-expression much more than entertainment, combining art, sports, philosophy and performing arts. Performing live at America's Got Talent and in the future in Las Vegas is Mochi's "American Dream," and he hopes everyone will know his name and feel his MOCHI POWER!
