Mandy Harvey

Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer stunned viewers with Mandy Harvey's first audition on "America's Got Talent." Harvey is a singer, songwriter and motivational speaker who began singing at the age of four. As a vocal music education major at Colorado State University, Harvey lost her residual hearing at 18 years old due to a connective tissue disorder that affected her nerves. Harvey left her music program and pursued several career options, including education, but returned to music, her true passion, in 2008. She quickly became a regular performer at various venues and has released three albums thus far. Though her hearing loss is profound, her timing and pitch are perfect and her passion is tremendous. With support from friends, family and faith, Harvey continues to find joy in music.
