Christian Guardino


Christian Guardino is a 17-year-old from Long Island, New York, and received Howie Mandel's Golden Buzzer this season. He won the 2014 Grand Prize at the Apollo Theater's "Amateur Night at the Apollo: Stars of Tomorrow." He has since returned many times as a guest performer and also performed at the New York Stock Exchange Opening Bell and sang the national anthem at a New York Islanders playoff game. In November, he had the honor of performing for Michelle Obama's Fit 2 Celebrate Gala in Washington D.C., where he sang a duet with Jordin Sparks. Guardino also appeared on "Showtime at the Apollo." Guardino's story was featured in a recent edition of National Geographic, which explained how he overcame blindness.
