Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall's little boy is on the mend. The former couple's 6-year-old son, Brayden, underwent an emergency appendectomy on Mother's Day. Christina revealed the news on Instagram over the weekend, confirming that the youngster is recovering well after a "scary 12 hours." Tarek issued a social media statement of his own, noting that Christina made the "right call" taking Brayden to the ER.
