Also available on the nbc app

"Strictly Come Dancing" fans got a royal surprise when Prince Harry made a virtual appearance on the BBC series to cheer on Invictus Games medalist JJ Chalmers, who is currently competing on the show with pro Amy Dowden. "When I first met JJ, he was a shell of himself," the Duke of Sussex said. "But then to see you shine through Invictus and be yourself again, that was the start of an amazing journey." Prince Harry first met the former Royal Marine in 2011 after he nearly died from an explosion in Afghanistan. Since then, the two have remained close friends with Chalmers even attending the Duke's wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018.
