Meghan Markle reportedly reached out to alleged hate crime victim Althea Bernstein. Michael Johnson, President and CEO Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, Wisconsin, who is acting as spokesperson to Althea, told Channel 3000 that Meghan and Althea spoke for about 40 minutes, saying the pair connected over being biracial and Althea was brought to tears.
