Mariah Carey has decided to postpone celebrations for the 30th anniversary of her self-titled debut album in honor of the Black Lives Matter movement. After fans began sharing their praise for the musician’s work, Mariah thanked her fans before explaining why she wouldn’t be celebrating as planned. “I had planned to share some surprises and rarities with you, but prefer to postpone them to a later date,” the 50-year-old wrote in part.
