Flo Rida's 6-Year-Old Son Hospitalized With 'Severe' Injuries After Falling Out 5th Floor Window

Flo Rida's young son is recovering in the ICU after a terrifying accident. Six-year-old Zohar Dillard fell out of a window of the fifth-floor New Jersey apartment where he lives with his mother, Alexis Adams, Access Hollywood has learned. According to court documents obtained by Access on Thursday, the incident took place earlier this month and the boy sustained "severe and permanent injuries" after landing on concrete. Adams is filing suit against the apartment complex's management company, alleging that the building was equipped with "windows that posed a hazardous condition." Access has reached out to Flo Rida, Adams' attorney Steven P. Haddad and the apartment complex's management for comment.
