Bear Grylls Praises Prince Louis, Princess Charlotte & Prince George: 'Adventure Minded' (Exclusive)

CLIP05/18/23

Bear Grylls is excited to see the Prince and Princess of Wales’ children enjoying the outdoors! Access Hollywood spoke to the survivalist exclusively ahead of the release of his new competition show "I Survived Bear Grylls," and he praised the young royals for their recent work during The Big Help Out. "Seeing any young people get involved and have adventure is always inspiring. To see The future King, the Prince of Wales, and his children in the thick of it of adventure, having fun with their siblings, with other young people, is great," he said. Bear serves as the Chief Scout and added that he was not surprised to see Prince William, Princess Kate, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis doing their part. "I did know they would be ready to go, from my interactions with them over the years, if I've learned anything, is that they're totally adventure minded. They love the outdoors," he said. "For me it's no surprise to see them getting stuck in." The kids tried their hand at archery during the day of giving back, and Bear said all three of them could handle his new show, where the legendary outdoorsman tests five wannabe survivalists to extreme, gross, and hilarious challenges based on his own adventures. "They'd do better than that. They're well on their way. They've got the right spirit," he praised. "I Survived Bear Grylls" premieres on TBS May 18.
