Sarah Jessica Parker is a celebrated icon in film and television as well as fashion, always expanding upon her impressive collection of credits through her remarkable range and effortless style. An actress since the age of eight, Parker continues to come into her own as an artist.
Parker recently served as a producer and reprised her Emmy Award-winning role as Carrie Bradshaw for the screen adaptation of the hit HBO series "Sex and the City." Parker won over critics and audiences alike in the series, for which she was awarded a Golden Globe for Best Actress in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, as well as a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2001. Parker was also an executive producer on the series, which received the Golden Globe Award for Outstanding Comedy Series three years in a row in 2000, 2001, and 2002, and was honored with an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2001. She is currently shooting the sequel to the film. Parker will next appear opposite Hugh Grant in the romantic comedy, "Whatever Happened to the Morgans" set for release on December 18th 2009 by Sony Pictures Entertainment.
HBO and Parker have signed a first-look deal for Parker to develop and produce films, television series, and long-form programming through her production company, Pretty Matches Productions.

Parker's early motion picture roles include "Flight of the Navigator," "Girls Just Want To Have Fun," "Footloose" with Kevin Bacon, Michael Apted's "First Born," Robert Wiemer's "Somewhere Tomorrow," and United Artists' "Rich Kids" with John Lithgow.
