NBC Direct Uninstall Instructions
We're sorry to inform you that NBC Direct is no longer in service. NBC HD videos are now available through the NBC.com streaming-only player. Please follow the instructions below to uninstall NBC Direct from your respective operating system.
Windows Vista & Windows 7

To remove NBC Direct, begin by selecting the Start button
, clicking Control Panel, and then clicking Uninstall a program.

Select
NBC Direct, and then click Uninstall. 
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Follow the onscreen instructions. You will be required to close all browsers before beginning the un-installation. Select Continue to begin.

Select Finish to complete the un-installation. You may be required to restart your computer.

Windows XP

To remove NBC Direct, begin by selecting the Start button

Select NBC Direct, and then click Remove.
