Christina Applegate stars as Reagan, a career-driven and energetic woman trying to juggle the demands of career, marriage and motherhood, on NBC's new comedy "Up All Night."

Christina Applegate has endeared herself to audiences and received accolades for her strength and versatility in theater, film and television. With Emmy, Golden Globe and Tony nominations to her credit, she has proven herself to be one of Hollywood's most influential leading ladies.

Applegate first gained widespread attention as the sexy and sarcastic Kelly Bundy on the long-running series "Married with Children." After a very successful 11-season run, she furthered her television success by starring in her own NBC comedy series "Jesse." In 1999, the highly-rated show garnered Applegate a People's Choice Award as Favorite Female Performer in a New Television Series and a Golden Globe nomination in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a TV Series, Comedy or Musical.

Most recently, she was seen in Nanette Burstein's romantic comedy feature "Going the Distance" with Justin Long and Drew Barrymore. Additionally, last summer, Applegate played the voice of "Catherine" in the animated 3-D comedy, "Cats & Dogs: the Revenge of Kitty Galore."

In December 2010, she starred as Brittany, the lead chipette, in "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel." When released, the film was number one at the box office and remained in the top five through January. She also joined Owen Wilson, Jason Sudeikis and Jenna Fischer in "Hall Pass."

Applegate's performance as the title character Samantha Newly in the series "Samantha Who?" was applauded and garnered her a third SAG Award nomination in 2010. Previous nods include two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, two Golden Globe nominations for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, a Satellite Award nomination for Best Actress in a Series, Comedy or Musical and a Prism Award nomination for Performance in a Comedy Series. In addition, Applegate served as a producer for the show, which won a People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy during its first season.

In 2005, Applegate made her Broadway debut in the starring role as Charity Hope Valentine in the revival of "Sweet Charity," which earned Applegate a Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical as well as a Drama Desk Award in the category of Outstanding Actress in a Musical.

Other stage credits include an appearance in John Cassavetes' Los Angeles production of "The Third Day" with Gena Rowlands, "The Axeman's Jazz," "Nobody Leaves Empty Handed," "The Run-Through" and "The Grass Harp."

In 2008, after receiving her breast cancer diagnosis through an early, doctor-ordered MRI, Applegate founded Right Action for Women (RAW) to educate young women about their risk for breast cancer, while encouraging them to speak with their caregivers about appropriate screening. Additionally, RAW provides financial assistance to qualified women to cover the high costs associated with breast screenings. In 2003 and 2009, she served as the ambassador for Lee National Denim Day, one the largest single-day fundraisers for breast cancer in the country.

Applegate currently resides in Los Angeles.

Will Arnett stars as Chris, the insanely funny new father trying to adjust to life as a stay-at-home dad, on NBC's new comedy "Up All Night."

No stranger to television, Arnett is best known for his work on the critically acclaimed sitcom "Arrested Development," where he portrayed George 'Gob' Bluth for three seasons and earned his first Emmy nomination. He recently starred in the comedy "Running Wilde" opposite Keri Russell, where he also wrote for the series along with writer/director Mitch Hurwitz. Arnett frequently guest stars on NBC's "30 Rock," playing the role of Devon Banks, and last year, he earned his third Emmy nod for "Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series" for the role.

Arnett has partnered with Jason Bateman to form DumbDumb, a comedy enterprise that creates and produces brand-inspired entertainment content that reaches audiences across all forms of social, digital and traditional media.

His big screen credits include the western action film "Jonah Hex," based on the DC comic of the same name, where he starred opposite Megan Fox, Josh Brolin and John Malkovich; the romantic comedy "When in Rome" opposite Kristen Bell; "G-Force" alongside Penelope Cruz, Nicolas Cage, Steve Buscemi and Zach Galifianakis; the basketball comedy "Semi-Pro," starring opposite Will Ferrell and Woody Harrelson; the figure skating comedy "Blades of Glory," starring with his wife, Amy Poehler, and reuniting with Will Ferrell; and "The Brothers Solomon" where he co-starred with Will Forte.

Additional feature credits include "Ice Age 2: The Meltdown," "R.V." opposite Robin Williams, "Monster-In-Law," " The Waiting Game," "The Broken Giant," "Southie" and "Ed's Next Move."

Arnett voiced a character in the 3-D animated adventure film "Monsters vs. Aliens," alongside Reese Witherspoon, Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen, which opened number one at the box office. He also lent his voice to the hugely successful animated comedy "Horton Hears a Who!" His voice was featured in the animated sitcom "Sit Down, Shut Up," from creator Mitch Hurwitz, as well as in a variety of commercials, most notably as the voice for GMC trucks.

Previously, Arnett was a regular on the NBC comedy series "The Mike O'Malley Show," and has had guest-starring roles on NBC's "Parks and Recreation," "Sex and the City," "The Sopranos," "Boston Public," "Third Watch," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and "Will & Grace."

Arnett currently splits his time between New York and Los Angeles where he lives with his wife, actress Amy Poehler, and two sons.

maya rudolph

Maya Rudolph stars as Ava, Reagan's (Christina Applegate) boss, an ambitious but vulnerable talk show host, on NBC's new comedy "Up All Night."

Rudolph is most widely known for her turn on NBC's "Saturday Night Live," where she was one of the show's regular players for over seven years. Since her debut in 2000, Rudolph's memorably skewed portrayals include Oprah Winfrey, Donatella Versace and Whitney Houston, and such recurring sketches as "Wake Up Wakefield" and "Bronx Beat."

Rudolph can currently be seen in Paul Feig's hit comedy "Bridesmaids" opposite Kristen Wiig, Rose Byrne, Jon Hamm and Ellie Kemper.

This summer, Rudolph lends her voice to Columbia Pictures' "Zookeeper," starring Kevin James, Rosario Dawson, Leslie Bibb, and Ken Jeong. Rudolph will also soon reunite with previous co-stars Kristen Wiig and Jon Hamm in "Friends with Kids," directed by Jennifer Westfeldt. The comedy also stars Megan Fox, Adam Scott and Ed Burns.

Rudolph recently starred opposite Adam Sandler, Chris Rock and Salma Hayek in the hit comedy "Grown Ups." Previously, Rudolph earned rave reviews for her performance opposite John Krasinski in the heartfelt comedy "Away We Go," directed by Sam Mendes from a script by Dave Eggers and Vendela Vida.

Nick Cannon

Cited by People Magazine as one of the "Top Ten most successful young people in Hollywood" and featured on the cover of Black Enterprises' 40 Under 40, Nick Cannon, who is 30 years old, is a successful, multi-faceted entertainer: film star, comedian, musician, writer and executive producer of his very own hit TV shows.

A San Diego native, Cannon began performing at the age of eight after his grandfather left him several instruments as a gift. Through what Cannon recalls as "a lot of trial and failure" he recorded his first song at home on his boom box. Shortly after, Cannon took to the stage to perform his music, along with stand-up comedy.

Cannon headed for Hollywood at the age of 15 and landed gigs at world-renowned comedy venues, including The Improv, The Laugh Factory and the Comedy Store. Cannon went on to share the stage with the likes of Chris Tucker, Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock before landing his first television gig as a stand-up audience warm-up for the long-running Nickelodeon hit show "All That." Producers quickly recognized Cannon's calling was in front of the camera and he became a regular on the show as well as a writer, making him the youngest staff writer in television history at the age of 17. This path culminated in the creation of "The Nick Cannon Show" in which he starred, directed and executive produced, earning him his first Kids' Choice Award.

Cannon's powerful stage presence captivated more than just pint-sized audiences. While he enjoyed tremendous success on Nickelodeon, Cannon's career catapulted onto the big screen in 2002. He made an appearance alongside Will Smith in "Men in Black II" before landing a leading role in the classic feature film "Drumline."

In the fall of 2006, Cannon was featured in the Emilio Estevez written and directed film "Bobby," a fictionalized account of the hours leading up to the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy. Cannon shared the screen with stars such as Harry Belafonte, Demi Moore, Laurence Fishburne, Anthony Hopkins, and Sharon Stone among many others. His performance earned him a 2007 SAG nomination for "Outstanding Performance" in addition to becoming the first African-American actor in history to be honored at the world-renowned Cannes Film Festival with the "Breakthrough Actor of the Year" award.

In 2008, Cannon hosted the Teen Choice Awards for FBC and was the host/DJ for ABC's highly successful Presidential Inaugural Neighborhood Ball. NBC also tapped Cannon to serve as the host for the new season of their hit show "America's Got Talent" in 2011 following two successful stints as their host in 2010 and 2009, which helped them draw in record-breaking viewership.

Nurturing an impressive body of work that encompasses film, television and music, Hall is positioning herself as one of Hollywood's most promising talents as her career continues to evolve with exciting and challenging projects.

Hall made her feature film debut in the George Clooney-directed "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind," executive produced by Steven Soderbergh. She re-teamed with Clooney and Soderbergh, starring in their HBO series "Unscripted," which also featured songs by Hall.

Hall has appeared in several films, including "Bewitched" alongside Nicole Kidman and Will Farrell, as well as numerous television series including a recurring role on "Nip/Tuck" and guest- starring roles on primetime shows such as "House M.D.," "Private Practice," "CSI," "CSI: Miami," "Criminal Minds," "N.C.I.S." and "Law and Order: SVU." Additionally, she starred as Elle Woods in the television pilot "Legally Blonde."

An Alabama native, Hall is a musical theater graduate of Ithaca College, where she once held a job milking cows on the weekends.
