Three agents leave the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and get into an armored truck. One of the agents has a briefcase containing an engraving plate for the $100 bill handcuffed to his wrist. As they drive into a tunnel, an unknown man maneuvers a small remote-controlled monster truck with a bundle of explosives strapped to it under the armored trunk and detonates it. Armed gunmen shoot and kill two of the agents, then find the man with the briefcase. When they realize he doesn't have the key to unlock the handcuffs releasing the briefcase, they saw it off.
