Dario Scardapane

Dario Scardapane serves as creator and executive producer on NBC's new ensemble medical drama series, "Trauma."

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Scardapane came to Los Angeles to attend Occidental College where he earned a degree in English literature. After graduating, he worked as a journalist for various publications including Vogue, Los Angeles Times, Details and US Magazine.

His film and television credits include the 1993 feature film "Posse," starring Mario Van Peebles, and the television pilot "Faceless," directed by Joe Carnahan.

Scardapane, an avid soccer fan, resides in Sherman Oaks, California, with his wife and two children.
