Country boy Curtis Grimes walked away from a baseball scholarship to spend time with his girlfriend. After they broke up, he taught himself to play the guitar to get over the hurt, and he hasn't looked back since. An established musician from Gilmer, Texas, he recently opened for Kenny Chesney and got to sing a duet with the country music legend.

Hello friends,

Team Adam and Team Cee Lo have been very busy since Wednesday. We started rehearsing with the band our solo songs AND our group performances which I know you will love! We go through several looks for wardrobe as well as get the chance to make our songs original and unique for us. Working with choreographers is pretty crazy too, especially since I can't dance that good. I try to get to the gym everyday and get as much pool time as possibe, isn't that what you do in LA? Time to start getting ready to record for iTunes. If you don't have a NBC username, take a second to sign up so you are ready when it's time to vote.
