"Do you remember when I was singing onstage with Christina Aguilera?"

In the last couple of days, I've had some free time... time to rest and relax and to think! It's starting to sink in that this fantasy I'm involved in is my current reality! I'm joking with my friends: "Do you remember when I was singing on stage with Christina Aguilera?!?" This is unbelievably exciting and I'm still running on the adrenaline from Tuesday. The live round was a 174 times more nerve-wrecking for me than the audition and battle rounds. I HAD to remind myself to have fun in the experience and absorb all aspects as best I possibly could - AND with a cold! I walked on that stage to perform my best, nerve shaken and cold ridden as I was! I was overtaken by the coaches' and crowd's reactions. The audience motivated me from start to finish... I'm so honored and touched by the responses I received Tuesday night on to today. I'm shaking my head for ever having considered giving up my dreams... proof lies in my journey for everyone: never push aside the things you are most passionate about or the things you believe you are born to do!
