Here’s an interesting story… A new study by the Rand Corporation shows that when hundreds of medical marijuana dispensaries closed last year here in Los Angeles, the crime rate in those neighborhoods went up. They said marijuana actually helped keep the crime rate down. You know what that means? Get rid of McGruff the crime dog and bring in Snoop Dogg.
