Be sure to include your name, address and daytime and evening telephone numbers in the package. It's really important that you let us know whether you have submitted the footage to any other TV program or media outlet.

By submitting your tape ("Submission") to NBC Studios, Inc. ("Producer"), you are granting Producer certain rights to use your Submission. Please read the following, and if you do not wish to give Producer these rights, do not send us your Submission.

By sending your Submission, you are giving Producer a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your Submission (in whole or in part), your name, image and likeness as well as the name, image and likeness of any other people who appear in the Submission on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno or in other television programs or online on NBC.com,. Hulu.com, on or on any other website, or in any and all other media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Your Submission may also appear in advertisements or promotions for these uses in all media. The decision to include the Submission on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno or to distribute the Submission online or elsewhere is solely Producer's.

Producer may decide to have participants featured in the Submission appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. People selected to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno will be provided with round-trip airfare or other appropriate transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation between airport, hotel and studio (as applicable). No purchase or other consideration is required to submit Footage or to participate in this promotion. Any promotion may be terminated at any time.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that all Submissions are made by you, do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and rights of privacy and publicity, and do not contain inappropriate or offensive comments, libelous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information, or violate any federal or state statute or regulation. If you include other people in the submission, that person must be over 18 or you must have gotten permission from their parent or guardian.

You acknowledge that your consideration for the rights you grant Producer to your Submission are, among other things, the possibility of Producer reviewing or featuring your Submission on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno or elsewhere. You will not receive any compensation of any kind for your Submission. Your entry will not be acknowledged, returned or held "in confidence."

You assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by your Submission, and you release NBC Studios, Inc., its parent company NBC Universal, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, agents, equity holders and employees ("released parties") from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries or causes of action whatsoever that in any way are caused by, arise out of or result from your creation of the Submission, the inclusion of the Submission in The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, online or elsewhere or in advertisements or promotions, posting or streaming of the Submission on the internet, on any legal theory whatsoever, including without limitation, a claim for idea misappropriation or defamation.
